Regan McGuill Booth is an agricultural and food attorney advising clients at the intersection of agriculture, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Raised along the Texas Gulf Coast on a cow–calf and show pig operation, Regan developed early insight into the operational realities of agricultural business. Today, she combines that firsthand industry perspective with sophisticated litigation experience and national leadership in agricultural law.

Regan earned her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Texas A&M University and her Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law, where she led the Environmental and Agricultural Law Society and focused her studies on agricultural and natural resource law.

She began her legal career at one of California’s largest insurance defense firms, litigating complex personal injury and construction defect matters. There, she developed a disciplined, strategic approach to risk assessment, case strategy, and courtroom advocacy.

Throughout her legal training, Regan worked alongside the National Pork Board and the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, gaining hands-on exposure to the regulatory and policy issues impacting farmers and ranchers nationwide.

Today, Regan serves as Co-Chair of the American Agricultural Law Association and as Vice Chair of the American Bar Association’s Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources.
